I'm a certified baby, child and autism sleep specialist who has helped hundreds of families to successfully achieve long-lasting great sleep.

My work has been published in several national magazines including; Autism Eye, Autism Parenting Magazine and Autism Advocate Parenting Magazine. I regularly work with Autism charities, including HPCN and SEND Gin & Cheese and I was also invited to speak as the leading expert at the international Autism Parenting Summit of 2024.

As a mum of two myself, I understand how challenging raising a child with additional needs can be. But it's even harder when you're surviving on poor sleep. This is why I refuse to accept that broken nights are just part of the package for neurodiverse families.

Do I need to have some knowledge about autism and sleep in order to enrol?

No, the course is designed to educate you on every element of how to support autistic children with sleep, so you do not need any prior knowledge. Everything you need to know will be explained in the materials, which you can access at any time.
How long do I have to complete the certification?

The course is self-paced so you can complete it in your own time. There are no restrictions on completing the course within a set time limit.
What do I have to do in order to certify?

To gain your certification as an Autism Sleep Specialist, you will need to have completed all modules within the course. There are also two case study assignments to complete and a certification exam which will help to enhance your learning experience. There is no time limit on the exam and it can be retaken if you do not meet the standard upon your first attempt so please do not worry about this aspect.
Will there be ongoing support after I have certified?

As part of the certification you will be entitled to a 1:1 planning call where I will support you in writing a sleep plan for your first client. If you opt for the 'Advanced Autism Certification' you will also receive unlimited email support whilst working with your first 3 clients - to be used within 6 months of certification.
If a child hasn't been diagnosed but parents suspect they are neurodivergent, are the techniques suitable for them?

Yes, absolutely! If autism is suspected, it is best to be cautious because using traditional sleep training methods can actually make sleep and anxiety worse! The techniques in the course are great for use with sensitive and highly anxious children too.

My name is Lindsey Clark. I'm a Baby, Child and Autism Sleep Specialist and hands-on mum of two crazy little ones! I'm also an ex-teacher and have worked with children, of all ages, my whole life.

I'm SO passionate about helping families get great sleep because I know what it's like to have sleep-deprivation affect you both physically and mentally.

I also KNOW how awful it feels when you have to turn away families because you do not have the specialist knowledge needed to support them.
