At antenatal classes we are often taught how to hold, feed, change and bath our babies, but what about sleep!?
Many parents feel completely unprepared for the realities of sleep with a newborn.
This workshop will fully prepare both new and expectant parents so that they feel confident in optimising their baby's sleep to get the best sleep possible, right from the start, and it will enable them to lay foundations that will benefit their child throughout the early years.
Suitable for babies up to 4 months old.
This workshop does not promote formal sleep training or any interventions that involve crying.

About me...
My name is Lindsey Clark. I'm an infant sleep consultant and hands-on mum of two crazy little ones!
I'm SO passionate about helping families get great sleep because, as a first time mum, I felt totally unprepared for what was ahead.
Sleep is not something that is covered in antenatal classes or baby groups, yet it is SO important, especially when sleep-deprivation is directly linked to postnatal mood disorders such as postnatal depression and anxiety.
Sleep deprivation stole the precious newborn days from me and I found it hard to cope. I don't want any other parents to feel that way and I believe laying great sleep foundations from the start is ESSENTIAL, not only for your child's health and well-being, but for yours too.
It's true that having a baby who doesn't sleep well impacts every aspect of your life. Often we underestimate how important it is to get a good night's sleep - both for us and our little ones to be the best possible version of ourselves.
