The follow-up support includes one individual phone call and two weeks unlimited messaging support so that you get expert help every step of the way and know exactly how to respond to your little one, in any situation that arises. Through the ongoing support, I will answer any questions, reassure, make tweaks and keep you on track to make great progress!

With this elite package, we will take a deep-dive into your child's specific needs and the challenges they face, specifically focussing on how this is impacting sleep.
It includes a longer in-depth consultation to ensure your personal plan will give you exactly what you need so that we can improve your unique child's sleep and get you the best sleep possible. You'll also learn exactly what triggers poor sleep for your child, so that you can avoid this in future and get lasting results!
